Polishing
When you require smoothness and a deep shine, we have the tools and knowledge to create a highly finished result. There are a variety of finishes for metal including stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and bronze.
We polish panels, sheet, plate, coil, flat bar, sections, profiles, balustrades, square and rectangular tube, and will advise you on the best finish for your particular job.
Finishing
There are many metal finishing techniques for a variety of purposes. We offer a range of finishing including Shot Blasting and Wet Spray Painting. The many advantages of these include increased durability, higher electrical and chemical resistance, enhanced electrical conductivity and a finished appearance.
Shot Blasting is great for producing a uniform, matte texture by forcing steel shots into a substrate at high speed. Soft metals in particular produce a smooth, clean result.
Wet Spray Painting is where liquid paint is applied to a product for finishing. The process allows paint to be applied to almost any surface. It’s a fast and consistent process that produces a high-quality spray finish.
Conversions
We give Tuk Tuks, shipping containers and horse boxes, to name a few, a new lease of life when we convert them into something unique and quirky. You can see why this is very popular with the drinks and catering market, for mobile bars and street food vans, for example. Check out our Conversions page for more details.
